In the early 2000s, Roxboro decided to bid on MTQ contracts as part of its expansion. Since compliance with ISO quality standards had become one of the requirements imposed by the ministry on bidders, our organization took all the necessary steps to obtain ISO 9001 certification in 2001 for the first time in its history. This internationally recognized certification reflects our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of our processes.
