routes, des ponts, des \u00e9changeurs. On les emprunte sans forc\u00e9ment se demander ce qu\u2019il a fallu pour les construire. Pourtant, derri\u00e8re chaque infrastructure routi\u00e8re, il y a des mois, parfois des ann\u00e9es de planification, de coordination et de travail sur le terrain.<\/p><p data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"928\">Un projet routier ne commence pas quand la premi\u00e8re pelle touche le sol. Il commence bien avant, autour d\u2019une table, avec des plans, des \u00e9tudes et une vision claire des besoins du territoire.<\/p><p data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1161\">Au Qu\u00e9bec, la construction d\u2019une infrastructure routi\u00e8re implique plusieurs acteurs : municipalit\u00e9s, minist\u00e8re des Transports, ing\u00e9nieurs, entrepreneurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et \u00e9quipes de terrain.
