In 2010, the Ministère des Transports du Québec hired Roxboro for a major contract to rehabilitate the Dorval Circle with a significant municipal component. The project consisted in updating 1 km of Avenue Cardinal, adding a median strip, a bike path, lighting and a traffic light.

For the municipal component of the project, Roxboro was contracted to overhaul the 800 metres of the drinking water distribution system that serves residents living north of the railroad tracks and Montreal’s Trudeau Airport. This part of the contract was completed in several stages to keep traffic flowing in the area, as requested by the client.

To maintain and facilitate airport access, the exits to Avenue Michel Jasmin and Rue Arthur Fecteau were reconfigured. Two overpasses and two sunken conduits to reroute telecommunications for the airport were also built.

Roxboro finished this major project on deadline and without going over budget.
