Project consisting of improving access to the Port of Montreal.

The major challenge in this project was the overall planning of the works and coordination with stakeholders throughout the 42 phases of traffic flow maintenance. Several of these phases were done simultaneously, in confined work areas, all the while bringing forward the schedule by several months from the initial deadline.
- Reconfiguration of several highway access ramps and exits;
- Entire reconfiguration of the Sherbrooke interchange;
- Construction of 2 retaining walls measuring over 8 meters in height;
- Construction of 2 acoustic walls with concrete foundations, pipe piles, pipe casings and prefabricated concrete panels;
- Demolition of entire overpass above the highway;
- Reconfiguration of MTMDET and VDM lighting network of various arteries in the network;
- Improvement to the MTMDET’s ITS (intelligent transportation system).

• 1st class excavation : 19,657 m³
• 2nd class excavation: 11,3635 m³
• Backfill: 161,934 mt
• Paving: 38,703 mt
• Draining pipes: 6.27 km (concrete)
• Sewer mains: 870 m (cast iron)
