In 2010, the Nouvelle Autoroute 30 CJV consortium contracted Roxboro for excavation work, concrete guardrail construction and asphalt laying for Section 1 of Highway 30. Located in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges RCM, this portion of the highway is bordered by the Saint Lawrence River to the south and the A20/A30/A540 interchange to the north.
Roxboro also built 4 km of highway— a section of which was widened for the installation of a toll booth and a new interchange at the junction of A20, A540 and A30—in addition to building a tunnel to allow passage under the Soulanges Canal.
Moreover, Roxboro excavated and backfilled 2,500,000 m³ of mainly clay soil, deposited 500,000 tonnes of granular backfill and 350,000 m³ of light backfill for overpass approaches, built 10 km of drainage ditches (3.5 km of culverts) and 4 km of drainage conduits. Roxboro also built 7,000 m of concrete dividers and put down 275,000 tonnes of pavement.
